Goal Setting

In what area of your life do you need motivation?

You’re here because there is something you really want to do; but for whatever reason, you haven’t been able to do it so far.

Maybe you want to start a new career or improve your relationships with your family or spouse. Maybe you’re looking to start a new relationship, you want to lose weight or to end a bad habit that is hindering your health and well being. Maybe you’re just ready to claim your power!! 

What’s your goals?

I want you to write out your goals. Make these BIG and SCARY goals! Not easily attainable goals, but ones that make you say OMG and want to cry!!

What’s your excuse?

I know you’ve got excuses. We all do. We tell ourselves stories of why we can’t achieve the things we most desire. On a piece of paper, I would like you to list every excuse you have for why you haven’t achieved your goal.

“I must change… Now”

Now that you have your list of excuses, I want you to take a different color pen or marker and write across the top of the paper, “I must change.” You’re going to cover up all of those old excuses that aren’t serving you. Some of them were pretty lame anyway. Some of them are more substantial. Write, “I must change…” big and bold over all the excuses and reasons you’ve outlined. Over the next five days, we’re going to take those reasons and excuses and blast them away so that you can change your life! And… Change Now!! No more fear, no more anxiety, no more stress. Your time is right now!
