Welcome to change and to this amazing tribe of people.

Fitness and nutrition group instructions to get you started:

First, Welcome to our tribe.
I’m glad you’ve given me the opportunity to show you how valuable support and community truly is.

I wanted to start off with expectations, so we both understand what to expect from this kickstart.
I will be here to help you out when you need it, but I also feel that I would be doing you a disservice if I held your hand through this entire process.  
I want you to learn from this so that you can make this a long-term solution, rather than a quick fix.

It’s time to make YOU a priority!
Remember if it comes off easy, it comes back just as easy.

Expectations in the Live Free Kickstart Tribe

From Me:

Expect me to be in this group at least twice a day to help you answer questions, keep you motivated, and give you daily fitness, motivation, mindset and nutrition tips.
I will also be here at the end of the week, to help transition those who want further help, into a complete program.
That program is the one I used to help me lose 40 pounds and keep it off, but we will talk more about that later.

From You:

Be an active participant in the group.
Get your workout in, change 1 or 2 nutrition habits into healthier habits, focus on a positive mindset, personal development, and then

If you don’t become an active participant, it will be so much harder to stick with it.
We are here to make progress and implement change, and that can’t be done unless you actively participate.
The tribe is here to support you!

This group costs you zero, which sometimes is a bad thing because we often don’t value things that are FREE.
Just know this will change your life if you stick with it.
So dig in and take advantage of it while it’s here.

Throughout this challenge,you will see a workout of the day.
Some of the moves you may be familiar with, and some you may not.
Be sure to do your workout sometime during that day, and post about it in our support group on Facebook.
Let us know how your exercise and nutrition went that day.

The more you post, the more this will work for you.
We are a tribe and this group is designed for accountability and support.

Some people will find the exercises a little too easy from the start.
Don’t worry, they will get harder with time.
If you’re currently doing an exercise program, add these exercises to your daily routine.
If not, these are a great place to start as I designed this program for any beginners, as long as you don’t have any injuries or illnesses that prevent you from completing an exercise.
If that’s the case, get approval from your doctor FIRST before you start this or any program.

If you’re new, don’t feel you have to do all the exercises at once.
Take breaks when you’re tired.
Each exercise has only 1 set, except the plank which you will be doing twice after a short break.
If you get through the first day and still have some energy, do it again.
If you want to really push yourself, see how many rounds of the program you can do in 20 minutes time.

As always, I’m here when you have questions.
I will answer the personal ones via email, but try and post in the group as often as you can.
That one question could help out all of the others in the group.
