I’m Sheri, a Board Certified Health Counselor (AADP), Self-Love & Wellness Coach plus a passionate Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. I’m best known for introducing and inviting individuals just like YOU to the world of SELF-LOVE, WELLNESS, HEALING and YOGA.
I’m here to help you create a lifestyle and lifetime of true health, wellness, movement, strength, balance, and focus; all while enjoying yourself and still having fun.
I’m so excited to have you here. I help inspire wellness warriors to kick bad habits so they can reclaim happiness, joy, balance, peace, and live the healthiest life possible.

We have a misconception of WELLNESS. People tend to think you have to drink green drinks, buy a juicer and train for a half-marathon. Although those things have a place in achieving WELLNESS, all the running, raw food, green drinks and juices won’t change what’s going on upstairs in your mind.
If you’re like most, trying to find BALANCE in your life and a sense of control, then you’re probably left feeling doubt, frustrated, uninspired and unsure of yourself. This is when you’ll know it’s time to welcome and embrace SELF-LOVE and WELLNESS to the body not only as a quick fix but as a lifestyle.
You can change your life one meal at a time by loving the food that loves you back. Being healthy doesn’t have to be boring. It’s not about starving yourself, counting calories or weighing yourself. Food is the foundation of nourishment and by nourishing your thriving body, it becomes your medicine.
You don’t have to do this alone. That’s what I’m here for! We will explore this lifestyle change and path of SELF-LOVE and WELLNESS together. Now I’m not saying this will be easy. It will be a journey, but that is what makes it so special. At the end of the day, you have to be happy and live with yourself the rest of your life. A Self-Love and Wellness Coach IS…
Someone that facilitates you in the process of healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identifies their values, and transform their goals into action. We act as a guide and mentor to empower clients to take responsibility for his or her own actions, health and life choices. We also support them to implement lifestyle and behavior changes that will contribute to the success of their personal self-love and wellness goals. A self-love and wellness coach teaches you that being healthy and free doesn’t have to be boring. It’s not about weighing your food, counting calories, or food deprivation.
The unfortunate thing is, our health is usually the one aspect in our lives that falls into the “I’ll focus on that tomorrow” category. For many, “tomorrow” becomes “I’ll start after the weekend”, or it never arrives. A Self-Love and Wellness Coach will help you to release your fears, let go of your ego and take action to reclaim your health and happiness.
