Congratulations!! And now for the million dollar question: What’s Next?
Will you continue to prioritize your health every day? What foods will you re-introduce to your diet and what foods will you bid farewell after recognizing they don’t support your optimal health?
How will you continue to nourish yourself from here? For each person the answer is different, and I hope that you’re taking some time to reflect and consider what is best for you.
We covered a lot in these 28 days!
I would love to work with you in our 3 month program. By doing this, we will solidify all the things you have started and turn them into habits. The next 3 months will see you making advanced progress. You will set new goals, and now, from experience, you can visualize achieving them. In the next 3 months we will cover more goal setting, habits and addictions, stress, motivation, nutrition basics, lifetime intentions and of course, anything specific to your needs which should be covered.
