Week Three is going to be very cool and interesting. You will learn how to overcome road blocks when you’re feeling stuck in your meditation and continue to re-evaluate your goals. You also get to learn about different ways to position the body and have fun with hand mudras.

+ Stick to focusing on your goals.
+ Try to stay committed to your practice. You will have this course forever, but really try and make a commitment to your meditation practice. This is when the magic starts to happen.
+ Remember, you can start with 3 to 5 minutes and work your way up. No pressure!
+ We don’t always have to sit up straight when we meditate. Explore different ways to be comfortable in your meditation.
+ Hand mudras are a way to bring something special into your mediation. Explore different ones each time you meditate.
+ HAVE FUN!!
