This is the beginning of your new life.
You are going to start experiencing life changing shifts, will start to feel more focused, and feel more connected to your body. Living in the present moment is awesome!

Fun Homework:

+  Set some serious goals. Goals that will inspire you. That make you feel good.
+  Start to explore at least one new meditation.
+ Take some time and focus on the breath. We go through daily life with shallow breath. When we take time to lengthen are inhales and exhales this makes us less reactive and more present.
+ Have fun with journaling. Journal your thoughts and feelings. Journal how you feel after each meditation. It’s fun to track our progress.

 

Affirmations:

Use these throughout the day and week to shift your thoughts and feelings. Use them as a tool to stay present and focused. You can choose just one and use if for the week, or you can use a different one each day. I love to have a few to use throughout the day. See what feels good and speaks to you.
