Our bodies are like walking chemistry sets, functioning as a result of a chain of chemical reactions.

To thrive, we need certain vitamins and minerals in order to function properly. This is why we have an increased risk of illness or fatigue when we aren’t getting a balanced diet.

We will be learning about the different nutrients our bodies require to perform at an optimal level as well as about supplementation when it’s not possible to fulfill our daily requirements in our diet.
