Welcome and Setting Goals
Welcome to Week 1! I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you in our monthly coaching program. Each month, you will receive 2 modules and I will be with you every step of the way. You will receive the guidance that you need to make the dietary and lifestyle changes that you want.
As a Self-Love & Wellness Coach, my goal is to guide you to success while giving you the tools to create the environment that will allow you to thrive!
In Session 1, you will start setting goals. Goals are important when looking toward your future and should be realistic and attainable. In fact, we use the acronym, S.M.A.R.T. to describe goals. You will learn more about this early in the program. Goals will give you something to strive for and you will want to celebrate each time a goal is achieved!
