Welcome to session 2! Habits do not take long to form, but seem to take longer to get rid of! Take control, learn which lifestyle changes need to be made and use the support I am offering to succeed.

Surround yourself with positive people. Fill yourself with positive vibes. You will soon learn the changes that need to be made in your life in order to put you on the right path.

In this module, you will be looking into the benefits of journaling. Through journaling, you will activate your brain, focus on what you need to achieve for the day and take time for you! By journaling often, hopefully every day, you will see the benefits immediately and wonder why you didn’t start earlier!

This is also a great time to restock your fridge and pantry with foods and beverages that will fuel you an. Revamping your cupboards is the beginning of your journey toward a healthier mind and body.
