Exercise and Activity

Exercise is the topic for this session. You can be active in many ways. You don’t have to run a marathon or spend time at the gym. Walking, biking, yoga, and many other activities can be a part of your exercise regimen. Take it slow and do as much as you can do comfortably. Any kind of movement is good. Make sure you check with your doctor first, if you haven’t already done so, before taking on a new exercise routine.
