Re-evaluate your goals

Today is implementation day! That means you are going to get caught up on everything you have missed for the last 8 days, revise what you have learned and re-evaluate your goals.

You will look at reasons why to meditate.

You will also learn that you do not need to know everything; life is actually much more peaceful when it is intact and not dissected.
