I created Live Free with Sheri with one vision in mind.
How can I help people feel amazing from the inside/out?

I’m a yoga therapist, meditation teacher, cancer survivor, and essential oil junkie.
I’m a lover of life, a foodie, and I love to travel. I’m a fitness junkie, love being outdoors, and I’m obsessed with making smoothies. 

I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and have over 1000 hours in yoga/meditation training. Yes, you could say I’m sort of obsessed! I’ve been a runner and fitness junkie for just as long.
I find happiness, fulfillment, and balance in taking care of my body and mind. 

My passion is sharing and teaching people how to live a toxic free life through essential oils, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

My purpose and specialty is to motivate and teach people how to feel alive, cultivate more joy, live in the present, move beyond addiction, and stay committed to their health and well-being.

This idea comes in many different forms depending on the individual. We can achieve these goals through movement, meditation, breath work, lifestyle, self-study, self-care, and self-love.

All you have to do is ask yourself one question…

Do you find relationships to be hard work? Choosing the same partner over and over again? How do you keep things fresh and fun? Matt and I have been together 16.5 years. We’ve had our ups and downs. Major highs and extremely bad lows. When you love someone so deeply - you can look past all the shitty things they may do. You can be grateful for all the amazing things they do. You don’t give a fuck about being the perfect couple. We are perfectly flawed and I love it! Don’t be afraid to shake things up a bit. Make each other a priority. Enjoy all your time together whether it’s a day off or a week long vacation. Explore, travel, step out of your comfort zone, go hiking, workout together, listen to each other speak, be there for each other no matter what. If something feels off it usually is. How do you confront that? Have those deep, personal, shitty conversations. Fight about it then make up. Hold hands and make out. If you’re bored then you’re boring. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest. So get out there and live it! All we can do is show up every fucking day and be the best version of ourselves. That’s it! Lead with your heart. Take time to feel everything. Force nothing. LIVE. LOVE. LAUGH. 💛🌼😍☀️#iloveyou

Had an awesome run 🏃‍♀️ and worked out 💪 legs 🦵 today. Post workout fuel ⛽️. Raise your hand 🖐🏻 if you love yogurt bowls? 🌿🥥🍏🥤Why does the almond butter always look like 💩🤣. I used @silk vanilla almond yogurt, @youngliving granola which is the bomb 💣 , almond butter, apple, coconut and some hemp seeds today. My shot of ningxia red on the side and a big ol’ cup of coffee. ☕️🏝☀️🌿🍏
