I was referred to Sheri by a co-worker. I’m a distance runner and I heard she was also a runner. This was my first time trying yoga so private lessons was a great way to start. Sheri made me fall in love with yoga. I work a lot of hours and spend a lot of time on the road so I feel I live my life in constant stress. We practiced yoga, breath work and meditation. Sheri provided me simple exercises and tools I could incorporate to keep me focused when we were not together.
