When I’ve faced challenges in life, instead of “why me” mentality-I’m like “what are we going to do about it?”. ![]()

How can I learn, grow, and get stronger from these challenges/things/experiences that are being thrown my way. ![]()

And I’ve had many! Cancer, surgeries, addiction, rehabs, jail, the death of my mom, a divorce. You name it! In every one of the situations I might throw myself a pity party, and then I think what have I learned from this? ![]()

What do I need to let go of? ![]()
How can I heal? ![]()
