Surround yourself with people who respect your decision to stay sober and who support your journey. Having friends or family members who understand your challenges and encourage your commitment to sobriety can make a significant difference in maintaining your sober journey.If people in your life don’t understand it, that’s totally cool. Zero judgement. Not everyone will. And, it’s not just sobriety. It’s any and all changes/growth you’re making in life. We always want to be continuously leveling up. If your people don’t support you, don’t be bothered by it.
