Aria Yoga is part of the beautiful Aria Med Spa in Sterling. Which was just voted Best Spa 2018 in NOVA magazine. They are located in Countryside and the studio is on the second floor.
Most classes are heated. The walls have gorgeous Himalayan Salt (seriously... AMAZING), eco friendly soft flooring, and a state of the art air filtration system. It’s a beautiful space and I look forward to watching it grow. No excuses now peeps! I’m finally teaching on a Saturday morning so come see me! You know who you are!!! 😂😘
It’s easy to judge addiction when you don’t understand anything about it. I encourage you not to. It’s not even your place to. Trust me, people don’t want to be addicts and alcoholics.
It’s not like when I was growing up and all my friends would say they want to be a doctor, a lawyer, a vet or an astronaut.... I was over there waving my hand saying I can’t wait to grow up so I can be an alcoholic. Not only am I an alcoholic-But a really fucking good one!! You should have partied with me! Good times!
Addiction sucks. It’s not an easy cycle to break and it takes a lot a hard work. If you know someone struggling, instead of judging them ask them how you can support them.
