This is a place to make all your own, and we are here to help you do just that.

Upon your arrival you will receive your Welcome Package and all of the details of the retreat.

What’s included:

* Two yoga classes a day
* Three guided meditations
* Mindfulness workshops
* Dharma Talks
* How to Embrace Being Silent
* Community Kirtan
* Three vegetarian meals a day

Keeping up a healthy meditation and mindfulness practice can be a challenge due to distractions in our day-to-day life. Coming back to our practice can be the biggest blessing.

This retreat is an opportunity to learn, renew and deepen your practice of mindfulness meditation by living fully in the present moment. We will do this through movement, meditation, and silence over the course of our time together.

A silent and mindfulness retreat is a vital way to nourish our soul and our practice. It allows us to connect to source and deepen our awareness to ourselves. We take time to treat ourselves with compassion by letting go and being present. Silent retreats are life changing for all who attend, including those who work with mindfulness-based environments.

*Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.
*Price does not include transportation, spa services, or pottery workshops.
*We highly recommend that you take advantage of the Ayurvedic Spa services. These appointments do fill quickly, so if you think this is something you’re considering please book in advance.
