I have a variety of yoga services that I offer and can make any program customizable. Let this be a time to challenge yourself, but challenge yourself without judgment. I am trained in Vinyasa Yoga, which translates to linking breath with movement, Viniyoga, Yin Yoga and I specialize in Therapeutic Yoga. Therapeutic Yoga is based on these principles: Movement, Breathwork, Meditation, Nutrition, and Life Style/Habits.
I teach with this principle as my foundation, creating safe classes and private lessons/Skype lessons that flow with intention, purpose, fluidity, and grace. This way, the practice becomes a moving meditation, deepening your connection to your mind, body and breath. We are all trying to develop our own levels of awareness, strength, and flexibility. Give your body the opportunity to unlock the tools that you hold within, to nourish your mind, body and spirit, through movement, patience and breath.

Therapeutic Yoga/Yoga for Recovery offers a unique therapy for healing from addiction and provides transformational life skills that relieve the suffering that we are experiencing. The overall goal of Yoga for Recovery is to provide tools for developing a personal practice of daily self-love, self-worth and self-care. These practices have been powerful tools for transformation and healing for many years. They provide practical techniques for managing stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and promoting wellness.
The Breathing techniques create better focus, calmness of the mind and stillness in the body. Deep relaxation and meditation practices reducing stress, increase self-awareness, happiness and a sense of overall well-being. The Postures or yoga practices improve physical strength, flexibility, body awareness, mental focus and overall physical health. These practices lead to greater self-esteem and mindfulness for taking care of oneself on and off the mat.
I will help you customize a safe and effective plan by incorporating movement, meditation techniques and breath work. We’ll evaluate where you’re at and develop a Therapeutic Yoga practice that’s personalized for you.

Private Yoga is working together one on one. With private yoga instruction, you have the luxury of receiving undivided attention and asking questions along the way. You can take the time to learn the poses and you may rest when needed. We will tailor your practice to meet your specific needs and goals. You can safely explore various yoga postures while being provided individual instruction, including alignment and breath cues.
- Semi-Private or Small Groups available upon request.

How do private yoga sessions work?
We will discuss all of your concerns and needs one-on-one. We will answer any questions you have while helping you structure your goals. Together we will customize a practice best suited for you.
How often do we meet?
Depending on your goals and needs, usually a minimum of 5 to 10 sessions. Ideally, weekly or bi-weekly. For more long-term goals, I would recommend a 3-6 month program. However, we will create a plan and program that works with your life, schedule and budget.
