By now we’ve either had a conversation or maybe you found me by luck. I’m excited to get you on your magical way to exploring the amazing benefits Young Living essential oils has to offer.

Essential oils have changed my life.
I’ve always lived a healthy lifestyle for the most part.
I love and teach yoga. I’ve been a runner over 20 years.
I’m a big believer in meditation and mindfulness and I try to live my life as healthy and clean as possible. With that being said, I believe in living life to the fullest and having fun while I’m doing it.

December 2016 I was diagnosed with cancer. This came a year after losing my mom to cancer. Needless to say I was shocked!
Obviously I knew everyone is susceptible to getting cancer.
I just didn’t expect it to happen to me.
Especially considering my healthy lifestyle for so many years.

I had just ordered my Premier Starter kit that October 2016, and was only beginning to scratch the surface about the amazing benefits of essential oils. 
Good timing… Right?!

I knew there was a reason for this shift.
The Universe is always guiding us, and I believe I was divinely being guided to educate myself about essential oils. I needed to make some changes.

I didn’t know there was such a difference between essential oils.
Low grade/high grade/low quality/high quality was all foreign to me.
