Why Beachbody?

Yoga, Fitness, Meditation and Running have always been near and dear to my heart and still is… BUT Beachbody has changed my life! The programs, the community, the accountability, and the motivation has gotten me in the best shape of my life. I’m an online fitness and health coach. I love to say mind, body and soul coach!  Becoming a Beachbody Coach, and making this my mission and personal business model was the best decision I ever made. I’ve been using the programs for years and now being able to teach others what I love and what I’m so passionate about has been a game changer! 

Don’t they say 40 is the new 20? Ok.. Well maybe the new 30, but who’s counting anyway?

I can tell you, turning 40 I feel a hell of a lot better then I did in my 20s and 30s. Just Saying… I’m all about feeling healthy, fit, and fab at 40. 

In my 20s and 30s I was consumed with fast food, too much alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, lack of sleep and zero discipline. I created toxic patterns in my life a long time ago and believe it or not, it’s taken me 20 years to finally get my shit straightened out.

I have always struggled with my weight and was a roller coaster/yo-yo dieter. No matter how hard I tried to stick to a diet, I would set myself up for failure and come crashing down. If I only knew then what I know now… Diets don’t work!! They are a quick fix ONLY. I finally realized I had to lose the diet mentality and treat my health and well-being as a lifestyle and not a quick fix. Once this clicked and I realized I’m in this body for the long haul, the magic started to happen. I started to love the foods that loved me back. My yoga became easier, my meditation practice was more focused, my business started thriving, abundance in my life became EASY, and my Beachbody workouts became more fun. I felt happier and healthier.

I worked corporate for 15 years and had an amazing, fun and successful career in an industry I loved, but at the end of the day it just wasn’t enough. It wasn’t my passion and I knew it… My heart knew it.

My passion is helping others Create Life Transformations and Start Living Fearless and Free. Utilizing Wellness, Nutrition, Meditation, Fitness, and my favorite cocktail Shakeology. Guiding people to cultivate joy into their lives through movement and breath. So beautiful!!

I knew what my personal struggles were and I definitely knew others could relate. Trust me… I have experienced more then my share of ups and downs from financial struggles, to weight loss and weight gain, food addiction, and anxiety. I knew I didn’t always have to feel this way. I didn’t only know that I could help myself, but I made it my mission to help others.

So what did I do… I became my own CEO! I said Bye-Bye to Corporate and I started a business that I love, that is my passion, and that allows me to serve my community and others around the world.

Did anyone tell you you’re beautiful today? Well, you are. You already are! Can we for the love of God stop buying into the quick fixes in life! This does nothing to help us or heal us. Every journey we decide to embark on should be looked at as a lifestyle change. Developing new habits we love & crave and can’t imagine life without. We are all healing at some point in life from the inside/out. This can be with sobriety, mindset, wellness, and our self-care in general. Create healthier habits in your life as a way to give back to your mind, body and soul. A shallow goal of becoming bikini ready by summer is not going to bring you sustainable and lasting goals. Or joy for that matter. Maybe, some instant gratification. Cancer has taught me a shit ton about healing my mind and body over and over again. The past 7 yrs has been a hard journey and starting over has been a very difficult part of that. With that being said, my constant act of self-love + care in my life made that journey much easier and made me heal faster on all levels. It was never about getting my abs back, reducing cellulite, or getting in my fucking bikini again. But, Hell yes! 🙌 Get your mind and body strong, but do it in a healthy and sustainable way that will support you a lifetime. Stop buying into the fake ass shit you see on social media because babe, you’re only selling yourself short. You’re better than that. You’re already beautiful. Fine tune those edges if needed.
