Controlling Portion Sizes

Welcome to Session 4! You will be working on controlling your portion sizes for the next 2 weeks. Portion control might take some practice, especially if you are not used to paying attention to your portion sizes. We will start with little steps and you will discover some easy ways to get used to eating the right portions and at the same time be satisfied with you meals. Many times, we eat way more than we need to because we are eating fast and mindlessly. Controlling your portions will help.
