I created Live Free with Sheri with one vision in mind.
How can I help people feel amazing from the inside/out?

I’m a yoga therapist, meditation teacher, cancer survivor, and essential oil junkie.
I’m a lover of life, a foodie, and I love to travel. I’m a fitness junkie, love being outdoors, and I’m obsessed with making smoothies. 

I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and have over 1000 hours in yoga/meditation training. Yes, you could say I’m sort of obsessed! I’ve been a runner and fitness junkie for just as long.
I find happiness, fulfillment, and balance in taking care of my body and mind. 

My passion is sharing and teaching people how to live a toxic free life through essential oils, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.

My purpose and specialty is to motivate and teach people how to feel alive, cultivate more joy, live in the present, move beyond addiction, and stay committed to their health and well-being.

This idea comes in many different forms depending on the individual. We can achieve these goals through movement, meditation, breath work, lifestyle, self-study, self-care, and self-love.

📝Daily Tip: Do it messy! As soon as I hear someone say it has to be perfect, or I’m a perfectionist I’m automatically bored. 🙄 It’s so vanilla pudding to me. No excitement or room for error. Snooze fest! And usually those people don’t bring much to the table. #sorrynotsorry 🤷‍♀️What makes extreme perfectionism so toxic is that while those in its grip desire success, they are mostly focused on avoiding failure, resulting in a negative orientation. There is always something greater going on IMO, and I feel like you miss out on so many opportunities in life. Life is fun when it’s messy, challenging and even complicated. Doing shit scared. Not knowing what the end result will be. Letting go of fear and the thought of failure if everything isn’t perfect is freeing AF! So, try something new! Step out of your comfort zone. Start the business. Release the blog. Share the website. Tell your story. Do what sets your soul on fire. Be messy and fun and creative and flirty. It’s real life grit that’s moving & motivating. 📝Daily Tip:When you’re faced with challenges in life and we all are, how you choose to deal with them is a choice. We’ve heard the saying “glass half full or half empty”, right? That’s a choice. How do you choose to see it? In a positive or negative light? When I’ve faced challenges in life, instead of “why me” mentality-I’m like “what are we going to do about it?”. How can I learn, grow, and get stronger from these challenges/things/experiences that are being thrown my way. And I’ve had many! Cancer, surgeries, addiction, rehabs, jail, the death of my mom, a divorce. You name it! In every one of the situations I might throw myself a pity party, and then I think what have I learned from this? How can I use this to my advantage? How can I grow from here? What do I need to let go of? How can I heal? Make sense? God doesn’t throw anything our way that we can’t handle. He forges a pathway to make this a teachable lesson.
