Keeping up a healthy meditation and mindfulness practice can be a challenge due to distractions in our day-to-day life. Coming back to our practice can be the biggest blessing.

This retreat is an opportunity to learn, renew and deepen your practice of mindfulness meditation by living fully in the present moment. We will do this through movement, meditation, and silence over the course of our time together.

A silent and mindfulness retreat is a vital way to nourish our soul and our practice. It allows us to connect to source and deepen our awareness to ourselves. We take time to treat ourselves with compassion by letting go and being present. Silent retreats are life changing for all who attend, including those who work with mindfulness-based environments.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.
