My yoga practice over the past 25 years had taught me the importance of the breath, which has carried over into my daily life. ![]()
When I feel anxious or stressed I just stop what I’m doing and breathe. This calms the mind & the body and it’s one of our greatest tools.![]()
We go through our daily life with very choppy breath (hence anxiety), but focus on lengthening and smoothing out the breath, and you will see a huge shift in how the body calms down and the mind starts to relax. ![]()
